DEPOSITS

If the deceased was covered by travel insurance, and after consultation with the Insurance Company or Agent, and subject to written conformation that our account would be met, we would then arrange for the transportation of the deceased. If however the Funeral or Repatriation is privately financed, then we would require, most regretfully, payment in advance or a substantial deposit, supported by a letter of guarantee that all our expenses and outlays will be met. Due to our experience in the past, some clients have not honoured our accounts, which have run into thousands of pounds, and have forced us to adopt this procedure which we much regret.
